Okay, I’m confused… Do I have to wear a mask? I’m completely vaccinated, why do I have to suffocate myself when I go to Ralphs? Why is my grandchild still out of school? PSRAR ELECTION 2021--SNEAK PEEK! Hey Gang, below are 6 ballot measures that will most likely be on the PSRAR ELECTION 2021 ballot. In that the election is fast approaching, I invite you all to take a Sneak Peek: (1) Ballot Measure Number One – Quorum A. Article XII, Section 5 shall be amended. Currently a quorum of the Members to conduct Association business requires 33 1/3% of the Members eligible to vote and present at a properly noticed membership meeting. This process is antiquated and inconvenient. B. This section of the Bylaws, upon Membership approval, shall be reduced to 15% of the Members eligible to vote either in person, by mail, or by appropriate electronic means. This will allow necessary changes the Members are required to vote on to be accomplished with a more reasonable quorum and be handled in a manner more convenient to the Membership.
